My therapeutic style is person-centered and cognitive behavioral, so I am able to adapt my style to effectively work with a variety of people and issues. I believe my job as a therapist is to empower you to improve your life.
My professional experience began in 2002 and over the years I have worked with a variety of ages and areas of need. Today I focus on supporting adults who are struggling with emotional, behavioral, and adjustment issues, and who want to learn more effective ways to manage or improve their lives.
